 I was on my way to the fitness center, when I inadvertently caught this shot.  The sun was on its way down so I felt fortunate to have been able to it.  This pink bottle is my favorite - it is part of a give-away for a charity fundraiser.  Besides, it's pink.  For me, that's the deal breaker! 

I was semi successful in capturing the pink colour in the shadow - yeah!

Beautiful treatments are a window's best friend.  I'm a fan of a variety of window treatments, but there is something warm, inviting and outright 'Grown & Sexy' about lush ceiling to floor drapery.

A couple of weeks ago, I started this new feature on my blog.  The purpose is to honour the 'Followers' of this blog...as a sign of appreciation. 

This is my way of  saying 'Thank You' for stopping in to visit with me & leaving me blog {luv}.

This post is to specifically thank Georgie, from the 'Decisionally Challenged' part of the blogosphere.  This is one of my favorite posts from her blog- A salute to her children.  {I do find that our family always makes for great blog fodder}.

These {luv}-lies have me pining for warmer weather...*sigh*

I Just Can't Eat These...

Now I must admit.  I have a soft sweet spot for chocolate.  All kinds of chocolate...dark, milk, etc.  Suffice it to say, that desire is more heightened out of control at certain times of the month.  Chocolate milk, chocolate donuts, chocolate bars.  From fudge to Godiva... can't get enough chocolate!

So what am I suppose to do with these delectable delites*?  How can I begin to digest these delicious little glittery treats?  As much as I like jewelry {not nearly as much as chocolate. Sorry Ladies} I just can't manage to get a visual nor be able to explain my jewelry choice with a straight face of these chocolate {luv}lies on my fingers.  I happen to be from the school of thought that chocolate should be eaten with your hands, not off of your hands {call me a prude old fashioned}.

Yes they are uniquely beautiful.  So... beautiful or not...they must go down!!

...wearing them is just not an option.

Blue Glass & a Torch

The last couple of weeks has brought on mounds of snow and sub-humanly cold temperatures... Yes,  The Weather Channel reports are {{{{frigidly}}}} correct.  It's cold as *&%@#  here!

But, as always, nature has a way of throwing me a ray of hope...

This is a shadow shot that, today, is magical to me... not only an unexpected shadow, but I was pleasantly surprised and amazed that the colour of the antique blue bottles {one of my many collects} shown brightly through the shade...

Amazing!!!
